She conducts in-depth analyses related to affordable housing, tax PILOT evaluations, urban redevelopment, and feasibility studies for both municipalities and developers. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds the State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license, along with the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
